Ingredients
- Chicken breast – boneless and skinless
- Lemon
-
4- Yellow peppers
-
1 lg.- Onions
-
1/4 cup Garlic
-
Salt and Pepper
-
3 tbsp. Paprika
- Parsley for garnish

Directions



1. In a large bowl add your chicken and evenly coat with paprika, salt and pepper, juice form 1 lemon and place in your refrigerator for 1 hour to marinate.
2. In skillet add 3 tbsp. of olive oil and place on your stovetop at medium to high heat.
3. Once the pan is hot add your chicken cook on high for 6 minutes until its a light crispy then rotate and cook for another 6 minutes.
4. Reduce your heat to medium and cook on both sides for an additional 5 minutes each to insure its completely cooked.
5. Pull the chicken out of the pan and place to the side
6. Add your yellow peppers, onions to the pan saute for 8 minutes on medium tossing often
7. Top with the juice form 1 lemon no seeds
8. Now add your caramelized garlic to the vegetables and continue to sauté’ for another 5 minutes
9. Turn off your heat on your stovetop and place the chicken back in the skillet.
10. Garnish with curled parsley and lemon slices.
