Hey there, I’m Stephanie – a proud mother of four and grandma of six! I may have left my career in healthcare, but my passion for caring for others’ lives on, now expressed through cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
I have called Western NC my home for my entire life. The region’s rich culinary traditions and abundance of fresh, locally-sourced ingredients never fails to inspire me. As someone who loves to cook and learn new recipes, I find endless opportunities for experimentation and creativity.
Whether I’m whipping up a classic southern family recipe or trying out something completely new, I always cook with love and care. There’s nothing quite like seeing the joy on my family’s faces when they take that first bite of a delicious meal.
Now, as a retiree and devoted grandmother, I spend my days sharing my love of cooking and food with my grandchildren. Cooking with them is a true delight, and I feel blessed to be able to pass on the same traditions and values that were instilled in me by my own parents and grandparents.
