I have a lot of problems with my legs and feet.
Sometimes at night my toes would bother me so I get up and put on those things they put between your toes when you get a pedicure so that I could fall asleep.
I never heard of Yoga Toes before so when I was chosen to review them, I was ecstatic. I thought I won’t have to use those other things anymore.
YogaToes® helps to improve & prevent common foot problems like: hammertoes, bunions, Plantar Fasciitis, crossed toes and poor circulation.
My mom has bunions and hammer toes so bad that it’s almost impossible for her to find shoes that fit anymore.
She is 92 so I would say that’s not too bad of a problem to have. But, I also have started to get those problems and especially after waitressing for 30 years, my feet have their problems already.
What is Yoga Toes you ask?
The patented ergonomic design of YogaToes® works between, above and beneath toes to stretch them apart from each other, away from the ball of the foot and down from the top of the foot.
Stretching and working the muscles increases circulation. You know how good you feel after a workout or a massage.
Now your feet can enjoy the same results!
All you have to do is slip into a pair of YogaToes®.
I really wish that I would have found these a lot sooner, but even so it’s never too late to start. And because I have Type 2 Diabetes, I have to take good care of my feet.
Yoga Toes has been featured on Dr. Oz as a bunion buster. I go to sleep with them every night and sometimes even walk around the house with them when no one is around.
I am trying to take every precaution I can because I don’t need or want to have surgery to have have bunions removed down the road.
I received the original Yoga Toes in size M which fits Women 11.5 and up or Men 10-13. I comes in 4 different colors. You can purchase them at YogaPro.com or on Amazon if you prefer.
They also carry a couple of different kinds of Yoga Toes.
When I first put them on, I had a hard time because my toes just don’t seem to want to move. I would move one toe and when I went to get the next one on, the first one would come out. They didn’t want to spread.
As I have been using them, I could tell that it is a lot of easier to get them on and my toes move more freely.
They also carry Yoga Paws and with the problems I have been having with my hands lately, I am hoping to be able to try a pair of them out too.

How To Use Yoga Toes
It is recommended you start wearing them for about 15 minutes a day and then increase that time until you can wear them for up to an hour.
It is like any other exercise program so you may feel some soreness after wearing them – this is normal!
I can definitely feel a difference after a few days of wearing these! Clearly I am not alone based on what others are saying as well.
Of course there a few that also state it does nothing or does not fit their feet. The separators on these are a bit on the large side, so for those with short or stubby toes it may be a little challenging to fit them properly. But for the most part I think these are a great option for anyone feeling some foot fatigue and for foot strengthening!
