You know what I am talking about – those yummy chocolate bunnies, family dinners and baskets of goodies can wreak havoc on even the most dedicated Weight Watchers participant.

Since I am on Weight Watchers I wanted to make sure I had a guide for my own weight loss journey and figured I would share these ideas with you.
