Valentine’s Day Rosemary Pork Chops Recipe!
I remember my mom making this Rosemary Pork Chops recipe at least once a week. We all loved it and now I continue the tradition with my family. Maybe not as often as once a week, but it’s the perfect Valentine’s Day meal for you and your family. Served with baked potato wedges and steamed broccoli and then Raspberry Galette recipe for dessert. Perfect! Plus it’s quick to make.
Ingredients: Rosemary Pork Chops
4 half inch bone in pork chops
1 tablespoon of rosemary, finely chopped
4 fat cloves of garlics, finely minced
3 tablespoons of oil
Juice of half a lemon
Paprika (optional)
Chili flakes (optional)
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Directions:
– Set the oven to broil.
– Generously grease a cookie sheet with oil and set aside.
– In a small bowl, whisk together the chopped rosemary, minced garlic, oil, paprika, lemon juice and salt.

– Place the pork chops on the cookie sheet and gently rub the marinade onto both sides.
