Sometimes you just need a change from burgers or chicken. I do that with the Crumb Topped Haddock and still stick to my weight loss plan. I’m sure after the first time you try it, you’ll say “ooh, it’s so good!”

Slow cooked pork chops pair nicely with a Dijon cream sauce for a tasty twist to your pork chop routine. It only takes about 30 minutes to throw together.

Slow cooked pork chops pair nicely with a Dijon cream sauce for a tasty twist to your usually pork chop routine. It only takes about 30 minutes to throw together and get into the crock pot in the morning, and then in the evening all you have to do is either mash some potatoes, or boil some egg noodles with a vegetable on the side for a delicious, easy, filling meal.

The Chicken Broccoli Cheddar Pocket is a homemade hot pocket. I love to find ways to create fresh, home-cooked copies of my favorite processed meals.

The Chicken Broccoli Cheddar Pocket is essentially a homemade hot pocket. Quick and easy for after school snacks. I love to find ways to create fresh, home-cooked copies of my favorite processed meals. When I make them I know I can pronounce all the ingredients. If I want to, I can control sodium, fat, and calories. These would be great frozen, thawed overnight, and then reheated the next day for lunch.

The Chicken Tortilla Rollups are easy to make and gives the kid's something other than PB&J. They are a healthy alternative and I can stay on program.
