Now let’s get started with the review.
Marco’s Grilled Chicken Florentine Pizza Review
I’ll be honest with you, I was never a big fan of spinach and neither was my husband. We would eat it if it was in something, but we wouldn’t put it at the top of list to eat it. When we went to Marco’s Pizza for the Grilled Chicken Florentine Pizza and the Cheese and Spinach Pizza, I was a little leary if we were even going to eat them. They sounded good, but we aren’t adventurous pizza. BUT, I’m always open to trying new things. So we gave it a shot. And it’s just in time for National Spinach Day!
We sat down and ordered both and waited for them about 20 minutes, the normal wait time for a pizza. When we got them, they looked and smelled delicious. I tried the Grilled Chicken Florentine first and my husband tried the Cheese and Spinach first. And the end result was….we both loved them.
The Grilled Chicken Florentine is loaded with grilled chicken, parmesan garlic sauce, four cheeses, fresh spinach and sliced tomatoes, with chopped red onions. The best part about it is that all their pizzas are made on fresh dough that is made daily.
The Cheese Pizza with Spinach is a three cheese blend of fresh never frozen cheese. And you can always tell when an ingredient or dough has been frozen and isn’t fresh.
In honor of National Spinach Day, Marco’s Pizza is adding fresh spinach to the menu as one of their pizza toppings.
Besides their fresh dough that they make daily, they also have crust toppings.
But we just went with the plain.
Marco’s also offers a customer appreciation card, where after 10 pizza purchases, you get a free 2 topping pizza.
So, if you are in the mood to try a Marco’s Pizza with some of their new fresh spinach, all I can say is that you won’t disappointed.
