Although perfect for St. Patrick’s Day – we are pretty sure these amazing Corned Beef Reuben Sliders will be a huge hit all year round! We used Hawaiian rolls for our slider rolls because we love that bit of sweetness that it gives which tastes amazing with the saltiness of the corned beef and kraut. But this recipe will work with any slider roll you choose.
Corned Beef Reuben Sliders Recipe!
Moving right along with our National Food Day recipes, we come across National Hot Pastrami Sandwich Day. This is a great recipe for your St. Patrick’s Day celebration or any time you have a crazing for something warm and yummy. Unlike our Corned Beef Reuben Wrap, the slider is filled with melted goodness after a short baking time in the oven.
To make it a meal – add some delicious potatoes to make a dinner everyone will love, no air fryer – no problem they can easily be made in the oven too!
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet sandwich rolls (I cut mine down to 9 to fit my pan, but you can use all 12)
- 300g Corned Beef
- 12 slices swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing

Ingredients
- 1 sheet sandwich rolls
- 1 pound Corned Beef
- 12 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Place the butter in a microwaveable measuring cup and melt for 25 seconds in the microwave. Stir in your salad dressing and set aside.
- Cut the sandwich sheet in half through the middle to create two "slices" of sandwich sheet.
- Place the bottom half of the sandwich sheet in the casserole dish.
- Make an even layer of the corned beef, top with Swiss cheese and sauerkraut.
- Place the top half of the sandwich sheet back on top of the sandwiches.
- Pour the butter mixture over the sandwiches, ensuring you coat them completely.
- Cover the casserole dish with tinfoil and bake for 20-30 minutes until the butter has completely absorbed into the rolls.
Notes
Optional changes could be Pastrami in place of the Corned Beef and coleslaw in place of the sauerkraut. If you use coleslaw make sure you drain it will so the rolls do not become too soggy.
