Rotisserie Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe!
Rotisserie chicken is the ultimate go-to for busy families. Not only is it good served with a few simple sides, but it can be used in so many different recipes. On National Fettuccine Alfredo Day, why not whip up a batch of Rotisserie Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo? It’s a recipe that kids and adults both seem to love.
It’s also something you can make even on your busiest night. All you need to do is pick up a chicken and you’re halfway there. You have to love recipes that are so easy to make. And, if you want to, go ahead and make a roast chicken from scratch. Either way, you’re going to have a delicious meal.
- 1 large Rotisserie chicken
- 5 cups Baby Spinach
- 1 box Fettuccini or Thin Spaghetti
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 2 tbsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
1. Follow the directions on the pasta box.
2. While the pasta is cooking prepare your other ingredients.
3. Remove the skin from your chicken and begin to pull the chicken off the bone.
4. Place your chicken to the side.
5. Remove the stems from you baby spinach.
6. On medium heat place your spinach and chicken in a large sauté pan .
7. Toss the ingredients together and let heat for 5 minutes.
8. Once the pasta is done cooking add it to your chicken and spinach mix.
9. Pour your Alfredo sauce on top of the pasta and lightly toss.
10. Sprinkle red pepper flakes over your pasta.
11. Garnish with parmesan.
12. Serve with a side of Garlic Bread.
