Angel Fluff Salad Recipe!
Angel Fluff Salad recipe – Yum! What’s great about the Angel Fluff Salad Recipe is that you can make it any color you want for any holiday! I made it pink for Valentine’s Day but I will probably make it again in green for St. Patrick’s Day, yellow for Easter, and maybe even Red, White and Blue for Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day. Purple for Halloween, orange for Thanksgiving and red for Christmas! There are soooooo many options and that’s what makes it so versatile.

It’s easy to throw together and the kids can even help if you want them to (if you know what I mean!) Here’s what you need:
1 cup of mini marshmallows.
1 – 8 oz. tub of whipped topping. (cool whip or store brand is fine)
1 – 3 oz. box of instant vanilla pudding. (you can use pistachio for St. Patrick’s Day but it will also change the flavor.)
1 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple NOT drained!
Food coloring.
1/2 cup of your favorite chopped nuts. (these are optional and I skipped them this time!)

Start by mixing the vanilla pudding, marshmallows, can of crushed pineapple and nuts if you are using them and add food color of your choice.

Mix it up good!

Once it’s mixed up, fold in the container of whipped topping. Set in refrigerator for about 3-4 hours.

I put it into individual glasses and topped with whipped cream.

I served them with a Cupid Float – cherry pop with vanilla ice cream. The kids loved them!
