Angel Fluff Salad Recipe & Cupid Float!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of mini marshmallows.
  • 1 - 8 oz. tub of whipped topping. cool whip or store brand is fine
  • 1 - 3 oz. box of instant vanilla pudding. you can use pistachio for St. Patrick's Day but it will also change the flavor.
  • 1 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple NOT drained!
  • Food coloring.
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite chopped nuts. these are optional and I skipped them this time!

Instructions

  1. Start by mixing the vanilla pudding, marshmallows, can of crushed pineapple and nuts if you are using them and add food color of your choice.
  2. Once it's mixed up, fold in the container of whipped topping.
  3. Set in refrigerator for about 3-4 hours.
  4. I put it into individual glasses and topped with whipped cream.
