Weight Watchers Simple Start Week 3
Did you know you can eat too much fruit? Yeah, I didn’t either. Even though fruit is free on the Weight Watchers Simple Start program, apparently it is loaded with sugar and if you eat too much, you won’t lose the weight you think you are going to. That was my problem this week. When I was hungry, I would reach for some fruit. They said to reach for a some protein, like a hard boiled egg or something like that.
Well, here we are week 3 of the Weight Watchers Simple Start plan. I have opted to stay on Simple Start plan rather than counting points plus everyday, however I have been counting points plus a couple times a week.
I have to admit that I haven’t been good 100% of the time this week. I am feeling a little discouraged because I only lost 1.2 lbs. I know the old saying, it’s better to have lost than to gain. I guess I AM 1.2 lbs. closer to goal. It always comes off so much slower than it goes on.
That brings my weight loss totals to 7.8 lbs. Slow but sure. There are so many food options to choose from. I had some spaghetti this week along with some of my usual things, salad, rotisserie chicken and egg sandwiches.
I also haven’t started doing any exercises yet. I vow that I am going to start this week along with drinking 8 glasses of water a day. (which I don’t drink at all)
As we go into the 4th week of the Weight Watchers Simple Start plan, I am going to stay on it for another week and see if this week goes any better.
