Toasted Marshmallow Horchata Recipe!
The holidays will be here before you know it and the parties will be in full swing. Stock up on the ingredients now so you aren’t running around at the last minute like everyone else. (Unless of course you like to do that!)
This Toasted Marshmallow Horchata Recipe is the perfect beverage to serve when friends and family come over but don’t want to drink and drive. It will make your tastebuds say thank you. (And so will your friends and family!)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Classic Cinnamon Horchata Almond Milk.
- 1/3 cup Torani Salted Caramel Syrup.
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon.
- Pinch Ground Clove.
- Pinch Ground Ginger.
- Marshmallow Creme.
- Cinnamon Stick (Optional).
Directions:
- In a pot over low heat add 2 cups horchata almond milk.
- Stir in salted caramel syrup and spices.
- Remove horchata mixture from heat.
- Fill each glass 3/4 full with horchata, then top with marshmallow creme.
- Torch marshmallow topping with a baker’s butane pastry torch.
- Serve.
