I had seen hot cocoa mix ornaments on Pinterest and thought that those would be make great gifts so decided to give it a try. I loved how they turned out and decided that these hot cocoa Christmas ornaments would make great gifts and even brought one to my secret Santa party!
I had received some Sippity Hot Chocolate which were perfect for this ornament because of the flavor varieties they offer.
I actually made a few different flavor versions including:
Chocolate Raspberry
Chocolate Cinnamon
Pumpkin Spice
Chocolate Peppermint.
I added a few different elements to my ornaments including:
chocolate chips
marshmallows
crushed candy canes
Do not limit yourself to what I used! Have fun with this and be creative with your elements!
I topped my hot cocoa ornaments off with wooden spoons covered in chocolate and a ribbon.
You will also need clear ornaments for this project and I highly recommend a funnel as well to make your life easier. .
You can either use glass or plastic ornaments – I went with plastic because of the grandkids!
