I love it when you give a child a toy and they get really excited about it. When the Flashlight Friends arrived, it was ready to go. We took it out of the box, installed some batteries (not included) and gave it to Aubrey. She was so excited and so were we.

Flashlight Friends are cuddly, fun, super soft, cute flashlights in stuffed animals. The are great because the lights don’t get hot, they can be used for a variety of situations and shut off after 10 minutes. The batteries seem to last forever and are perfect for birthdays, special occasions and holidays….like Christmas. There are 6 animals to choose from. We received the Black Penguin.
Flashlight Friends: Overall
I think it’s a really cute idea and helps to become NOT afraid of the dark. Makes it easy for them to go to bed and fall asleep without a night light. And it shuts off after 10 minutes. Most of the time they are sleeping before it shuts off.
I don’t think she knew what to make of it at first. It makes me happy when I see the kids happy.
The best part is that it won’t hurt their eyes when they stare into it. Look at that smile. She loves it.
