Imagine sitting fireside with your best friends with a luxurious glass of Ezra Brooks Bourbon Cream during the wonderful holiday season. A smooth, sweet liquor that will leave quite a taste sensation in your mouth.
Ezra Brooks Bourbon Cream features flavors of caramel, toffee, cinnamon and nutmeg flavors that go down smooth and even make a perfect accent for your morning coffee.
One of the things I love most about this liqueur is the flavors are so different I can easily see using this in place of Bailey’s for many recipes for a different flavor. We actually tried it with some of our favorite eggnog and it was awesome!
The base of this liqueur is Ezra Brooks Kentucky straight bourbon which is 25 proof and 12.5% ALC/VOL, so if you are not a big drinker it may be a bit strong so keep on eye on how much your are drinking.
Ezra Brooks Bourbon Cream is only available in the fall and winter so if you do love it, you may want to stock up while it is available. I was able to find some online at a few shops so you can double check on some online stores if there are any available.
The only downside with this liqueur is the sweetness. It is VERY sweet and a few of our guests found it too sweet for their liking, but others loved it. So if you are not one who likes sweets – this is not the right choice for you.
Ezra Brooks got it start in the 1950’s and has a top shelf taste. The new corked bottle is easy to open and is still aged the old fashioned way and charcoal filtered for an unmistakable flavor.
