Crockpot Chicken Chili Recipe!
Sometimes when I feel like having chili, I’ll make this crockpot Chicken Chili recipe. It’s nice to switch it up from regular beef chili. Don’t get me wrong, I like regular chili too, but chicken chili brings something totally different to the table! (no pun intended. lol)
This is great to pop in the crockpot in the morning before you leave for work or even the night before and start it up. It’s ready when you come home from work and it can be a blessing when you are tired.
I’ve posted a Chicken Chili Stew recipe before, but this one is a little different and done in the crockpot. They are both equally just as good but believe it or not, there are people that never use a crockpot.

And with the big game coming up, nothing says football like chili! Make a batch and still enjoy the game.
Let’s get the ingredients together, throw them in the slow cooker and set to low for 6-7 hours. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ lbs. Chicken, cooked and shredded
- 1 Onion, diced
- 3—14 oz. cans Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
