Chuckit LIGHTPLAY Dog Toys!

So we got a new puppy for Christmas! Her name is Harley and she is a German Shepherd. It’s been a while since Chalupa left us but we were lucky to have our granddogs, Belle and Lily. Lily is older but Belle is still a puppy so they all kind of play together. Harley, well…she is a wild child. We received the Chuckit Max Glow Pro 18M Launcher, Max Glow Zipflight®, large and small and a Max Glow Ball. Our last German Shepherd loved to play ball and I’m sure this one will too. We are trying to teach her how to catch the Zipflight and the Max Glow Ball and bring them back to us. I think we forgot how it felt to have a puppy in the house. And with the days getting shorter and it’s dark at about 5 pm, they still need time to play.

I had reviewed the Aspen Cooling Mats and JW Pet Company Caterpillar Toy, or should I say Lily and Belle reviewed them and they are still happy with their items. It is so important to have a variety of toys for your pet to play with so they don’t get bored.

Although we haven’t gotten to try this out, I’m sure it will give Harley her exercise that she needs. Max Glow Zipflight®:

We are starting out with the small one, because she is just a puppy. I think it might take a while to teach her how catch it, but we will work on it diligently. I’m not sure if you are supposed to put the Max Glow Ball in the center, but it makes it easier for her to grab it and pick it up. What I like about it is that it also floats. Once we are back home, she will be able to enjoy in the pool (if she likes water.) It glows on both sides and has a rubber edge with a strong nylon interior. I have to say that it seems to be pretty durable with those sharp little puppy teeth.

Max Glow Ball:

The Max Glow Ball never gets lost. Most people don’t play ball with their dogs at night mainly because they don’t want to lose the ball. With the Max Glow Ball, you never have that problem, because it glows for quite awhile. It is made of high quality synthetic rubber, and will last a long time.

Our Final Thoughts:

The Chuckit LIGHTPLAY Dog Toys will keep your dog happy and busy for some time and will give them extended play hours. Harley is happy with her new toys and even plays with them indoors. After the snow melted, it left the yard filled with mud and I was glad to find that the mud was easily washed off. We will keep you updated on how our frisbee catching is going.
