This 10′ x 10′ canopy has proven to be durable and effective at protecting my family when we are outside for the day. As avid RV travelers we use our canopy often and it is holding up very well.
The Pop Up Instant Patio Canopy made by NatureFun is easy to set up and measures 10′ x 10′. It’s durable PU coated oxford canvas fabric and is also water resistant. The steel frame is powder coated with aluminum corners that resist chipping, peeling and rusting.
With strengthened ribs, you have stability even on windy days. And because it’s lightweight weighing in at just under 24 lbs. it’s convenient and perfect for us in our camper without extra added weight.

It has velcro on the top of the corners of the frame as well as on the canvas top to secure it.
Inside the canopy there is also velcro to secure it to the frame on each side.
The legs are adjustable to three different heights. I am 6 ft. tall and we had it on the lowest setting and had plenty of room.
We put the canopy on the top before we pushed it up and into position. It did take two of us but it was it was super simple.
Once it’s up, it locks into place in the corners.
Included with the Pop Up Instant Patio Canopy are tie downs and anchors with tabs on the corners to secure it.

This tent is so versatile! Although we primarily use it while doing our RV traveling and camping, we can see this being useful for the beach to protect the little ones, yard parties to keep guests out of the sun or even for a day fo gardening when you need protection from the rays. There are so many uses!
The Good – The Bad
Because we want to be honest in our review we will break down some common questions and the good and bad about this tent so you can make your best buying purchase possible!
The Good
I love that I was able to put this up myself. It took a bit of time, but I could do it and that is all that mattered! I will get better over time! Some may find it i a little more difficult so I would recommend a backup person be on hand!
It comes with storage bag with handles allowing me to easily transport it.
High enough inside that my tall husband and myself can easily fit under it with room to spare. We have had people over 6′ stand under it with no issues.
The price is on the lower end for tents so we worried about quality, but that is not an issue at all.
Adjustable height allowed us to keep it low for when we were sitting around a camp fire in the rain.
The Bad
The only downside we noticed in one of our uses was that some rain collected in the top of the canvas causing the top to loosen and rain to drip in – but that could be because we did not pull it tight enough over the corners. If you do not pull it tight enough you may get little “dips” which will allow rain to collect and could affect how well the top stays on. This was the only thing we found, but again we are pretty sure that was user error.
Do We Recommend the Instant Patio Canopy?
