Add the strawberry yogurt to a medium mixing bowl. Fold in the Cool Whip and transfer the mixture to the silicone molds.

Freeze for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Before serving, pop a whipped strawberry heart out of its mold and place on a serving plate. (3 Smart Points by itself).
