In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef and drain grease. Pour into

medium size bowl and add spaghetti sauce, plus ½ cup water. (If you like it saucier

then add additional spaghetti sauce).

In a separate medium size bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, cottage cheese, egg,

parsley, garlic, and 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese.

Add 1/3 of the meat sauce into a 4-6 quart sized crockpot and spread around. Then add 1/2 of the cheese mixture and spread around.

Next, add 3-4 Uncooked lasagna noodles. Break them so they fit.

Repeat steps until you end with the meat mixture.

Sprinkle the top with the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.

Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
