In a large microwave-safe bowl, place the chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk

Heat for 60 seconds and then stir well.

Reheat in 30-second bursts until the chocolate chips are completely melted.

Stir in the marshmallows and then fold out into the lined pan.

Spready evenly with oiled hands or a spatula.

Top with M&Ms and press down.
