YogaHands ® is like have a real therapist right there with you bringing your hard working hands much needed relief!
Besides the fact that I have arthritis in my hands, I also have a Brachial plexus. YogaHands® has been such a big help in keeping my pain under control. A brachial plexus injury is an injury to the brachial plexus which is the network of nerves that sends signals from your spine to your shoulder, arm and hand.
A brachial plexus injury occurs when these nerves are stretched or, in the most serious cases, torn. This happens as result of your shoulder being pressed down forcefully while your head is pushed up and away from that shoulder.
With all of this being said my specific issue is that I cannot spread my fingers apart. When offered the chance to review YogaHands®, I was excited to give it a try since this is something that has definitely affected my daily living and I am always open to finding alternatives, especially cost effective ones!
When I first started using them, I couldn’t get them on all the way. As you can see, they are around my knuckles. I am hoping with continual use that I will eventually be able to get them on all the way. You can use them as much or as little as you need.
You can see how stretched my skin is from not being used. When I took them off, I could feel the difference in my hands. YogaHands® relaxes fingers and revitalizes hand muscles.
We use our hands for everything everyday. Repetitive motion doesn’t give your hands the exercise they need. The rest of your body needs to be stretched occasionally, so why should we ignore our hands? Do your hands cramp up or maybe you have Carpal Tunnel? What ever the reason YogaHands® will help.
YogaHands® are made in the USA and are very light and made with comfortable material. With all the traveling we will be doing, they are very sturdy and won’t take up much room.
