Weight Watchers Crock Pot Breakfast Casserole 5 PP #ChickenANDtheEgg

Ingredients

  • 8 al fresco all natural chicken sausage 4 PP
  • 4 eggs 4 PP
  • 1 can of diced tomatoes with basil 0 PP
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion 0 PP
  • 1/2 cup diced green pepper 0 PP
  • 1 cup fat free cheddar cheese 2 PP

Instructions

  1. Spray crock pot with non stick spray.
  2. Layer tomatoes, onion, green pepper, and fat free cheese.
  3. Scramble eggs in a separate bowl and pour over layers.
  4. Cook on low for 3 hours. (If you use more eggs, you will have to increase the cooking time)
  5. Makes 2 servings. 5 PP each.
