Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

Add the cheesecake candy melts to a double boiler pan over medium heat. Stir occasionally until melted and smooth (about 3-4 minutes). Transfer to a small bowl for easier handling.

Fill each cookie mold 1/3 of the way with the melted cheesecake candy melts. Place a chocolate strawberry Oreo cookie on top and then spoon additional melted cheesecake candy over the Oreos, up to the top of each mold.

Chill for 30 minutes to allow the coating to harden.

Gently pop each cookie out of the mold and place on the lined baking sheet.

Follow the directions on the back of the bright pink drizzle pouch. Once melted, drizzle the melted pink candy on top of each Oreo cookie.

Add the sugar to the graham cracker crumbs and stir to mix. Before the pink chocolate completely hardens, sprinkle the graham cracker crumb mixture on top of each cookie.

Chill for 15 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
