In a standing mixer, combine the egg whites, powder sugar, vanilla, cream of tarter and mix on medium speed until stiff peaks form. About 5-7 minutes.

Split the royal icing into 4 bowls, and add a few drops of color into each bowl: one color per bowl.

Scoop the icing into each bag.

Unwrap ding dongs and place onto the cookie sheet.

Using the red piping bag, pipe on the red part of the flames on the bottom of the ding dong.

Using the orange piping bag, pipe a orange edging around the red flames.

Repeat the same step with the yellow piping bag.

Using a tooth pick, pull the colors together to create a fire look.

Using the green piping bag, up on the top, pipe on the witches potion.

Using the green and purple sixlets, place them along the green piping.

Add in some eye's for a spooky look.

Let dry for 1 hour before enjoying!
