Air Fryer WW Cajun Salmon Recipe Smart Points – 8

Ingredients

  • 2 4 oz. Skinless Salmon Fillets
  • 1 tablespoon of Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • Juice of half a Lemon

Instructions

  1. Pat dry the salmon fillets with a paper towel.
  2. Sprinkle Cajun Seasoning liberally on both sides of the fillet.
  3. Drizzle a bit of oil of the fillets
  4. Grease the air fryer basket.
  5. Gently lay the fillets on it, in a single layer
  6. Air fry at 360 F for 6 minutes
  7. Serve immediately with a generous squeeze of lemon juice and a light salad.

Notes:

  1. The time taken to cook will depend on the thickness of the salmon. We have used 4 oz. fillet and 6 minutes was perfect. For 6 oz. 8 minutes will be good. Add another minute if you have a skin-on fillet and want a crispy skin.
