Valentine’s Day Rosemary Pork Chops Recipe


  • 4 half inch bone in pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon of rosemary finely chopped
  • 4 fat cloves of garlics finely minced
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Paprika optional
  • Chili flakes optional
  • Salt and freshly cracked black pepper


  1. Set the oven to broil.
  2. Generously grease a cookie sheet with oil and set aside.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the chopped rosemary, minced garlic, oil, paprika, lemon juice and salt.
  4. Place the pork chops on the cookie sheet and gently rub the marinade onto both sides.
  5. Let it sit while the oven preheats.
  6. Bake in the oven for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  7. Take it out, let it sit for few minutes.
  8. Serve with a side of baked potato wedges and steamed broccoli.
