Toasted Marshmallow Horchata Recipe


  • 2 cups Classic Cinnamon Horchata Almond Milk
  • 1/3 cup Torani Salted Caramel Syrup
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • Pinch Ground Clove
  • Pinch Ground Ginger
  • Marshmallow Creme
  • Cinnamon Stick Optional


  1. In a pot over low heat add 2 cups horchata almond milk.
  2. Stir in salted caramel syrup and spices.
  3. Remove horchata mixture from heat.
  4. Fill each glass 3/4 full with horchata, then top with marshmallow creme.
  5. Torch marshmallow topping with a baker's butane pastry torch.
  6. Serve.
