Fresh Strawberry Jello Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • Ready made graham cracker crust.
  • 1 3 oz. box of Strawberry Jello.
  • 1 8 oz. Tub of whipped topping.
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries - diced.
  • 2/3 cup of boiling water.
  • ice cubes.
  • 1/2 cup of cold water.

Instructions

  1. Dice strawberries into small chunks.
  2. Mix package of strawberry jello with 2/3 cups of boiling water.
  3. Mix until well dissolved.
  4. Add ice cubes to 1/2 cup of cold water to make 1 cup.
  5. Add to jello and stir until it starts getting firm.
  6. Remove remaining ice cubes.
  7. Mix in cool whip and 1 cup of diced strawberries with a whisk until combined.
  8. Place in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  9. Spoon into crust.
  10. Refrigerate for approximately 6 hours.
  11. Add remaining strawberries to top of pie.
  12. Slice, top with more whip cream and enjoy!
