Pumpkin Trifle

Ingredients

  • 1 Box of Spice Cake Mix the original recipe calls for gingerbread cake mix, but I couldn't find it so I used spice cake mix
  • 3 Boxes of Butterscotch Instant Pudding 3.4 oz.
  • 4 Cups of Milk
  • 1 Container of Cool Whip
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. Allspice
  • 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp. ground Ginger
  • 1 can solid packed pumpkin

Instructions

  1. Prepare cake mix according to directions and let cool.
  2. Prepare butterscotch pudding with milk.
  3. Fold in pumpkin and spices into pudding mix.
  4. Layer cake, pudding mix, cool whip and repeat.
  5. Refrigerate for a few hours or over night.
  6. Enjoy!
