Lazy Cabbage Rolls aka Golombki Day 6 #12DaysOf

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 2 to mato soups
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 1 package of rice
  • 1/2 head of cabbage

Instructions

  1. Fry hamburger and chopped onion.
  2. Make rice (brown or white) in microwave.
  3. Chop Cabbage into small chunks
  4. Mix Sauce, Soup and Diced Tomatoes together.
  5. Mix fried hamburger/onion and rice together.
  6. Layer in Crock Pot: 1/2 Hamburger mixture, 1/2 Chopped Cabbage, and cover with 1/2 of sauce. Repeat!
  7. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-6 hrs.
