Add ThinkFun Addictively Fun Games Under Your Tree
When I was little we always had at least one game under the tree that the family could play. We have kept the tradition going with my kids and grandkids. This year we added ThinkFun Addictively Fun Games under our tree. We received Cat Crimes, Laser Chess, and Shadows in the Forest. All three games for ages 8 and up.
Let’s start with Cat Crimes
Cat Crimes is a who’s to blame logic game. You have to solve the crime through all the clues given. Made for a single player and has a lovable cast of characters. It packs easily in a backpack and will keep your child busy even in the car on road trips. Which is one of the reasons I love it. Being on the road constantly, it gives the kids something to do and offers up a different crime each time for them to solve. Available on Amazon.com.
Next up is Laser Chess
Laser Chess is a beam directing strategy game for two players. It’s a great STEM game where you use your chess skills and laser beams. It has won multiple awards and is a game that should definitely be under your tree this year. Fire the real laser and if it hits a non mirrored piece, that piece is out. If it strikes your opponents KING, then you automatically win. Available on Amazon.com.
Last but not least is Shadows in the Forest
Shadows in the Forest is my favorite because it’s a play in the dark game. We like to play outside around the fire because it’s more fun that way. What creatures are hiding in the forest? Who’s hiding in the shadows? Made for two or more players. It’s perfect for our camping trips but you can play right inside…just turn out the lights. Available on Amazon.com.
