  • 2 (4 oz.) Skinless Salmon Fillets
  • 1 tablespoon of Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • Juice of half a Lemon

  1. Pat dry the salmon fillets with a paper towel.
