Whipped Strawberry Sweethearts Recipe – 3 WW Smart Points!
With Valentine’s Day upon us, what better way to celebrate than with the Whipped Strawberry Sweethearts Recipe and still stick to your Weight Watchers plan. Just because they include WW Smart Points doesn’t mean that everybody won’t still love them. Celebrate Valentine’s Day or Galentine’s Day (whichever you prefer) in style!
Makes 6 individual servings
SUPPLIES NEEDED:
- 1 heart-shaped silicone mold
- 1 (5.3 oz) container Yoplait 100 fat free strawberry Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fat free Cool Whip + garnish
- Hershey’s lite chocolate syrup, for garnish
- Fresh strawberries, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
1. Add the strawberry yogurt to a medium mixing bowl. Fold in the Cool Whip.
2. Transfer the mixture to the silicone molds.
3. Freeze for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
4. Before serving, pop a whipped strawberry heart out of its mold and place on a serving plate. (3 Smart Points by itself).
5. If desired, you can garnish your strawberry yogurt heart with the following (includes additional Weight Watchers Smart Points)*:
1 Tablespoon Hershey’s lite chocolate syrup (1 Smart Points)
2 Tablespoons fat free Cool Whip (1 Smart Points)
1 fresh strawberry (0 Smart Points)
