Weight Watchers Simple Start Week 9
Going into week 9 of the Weight Watchers Simple Start program and so far are headed in the right direction. I lost 1.0 pound bringing the weekly total to 19.4. Next week I am hoping to reach 20 lbs lost.
Some of the foods I ate this week were things like Special K waffles with fresh strawberries and sugar free syrup. Also I made a Chicken Fajita Salad for 5 PP which is part of the Fresh Express 30 day salad swap.
So, see there really is a lot of things to make that will fill you up and satisfy cravings (which I have all the time). We are following our weight loss with 2 jars filled with colored stones. One has how many lbs. we have to lose and the other has how many lbs. we lost. Hopefully, we keep moving stones each week to the lbs. lost jar.
Of course there are many other options to choose from on the Weight Watchers website. But you have to be a member in order to see their recipes. I am trying them out slowly and will be sharing them as I do.
