Weight Watchers Simple Start Week 11
Well, I lost the weight I put on last week plus a tad more. BUT, I still didn’t make my 20 lbs. I was hoping for. I missed it by .2 lbs. bringing the weekly total to 19.8! UGH! I guess I shouldn’t complain, at least I didn’t gain again. I tried to do better this week and stick to the plan. I alternated between counting and Simply Filling. I seem to do better on the Simply Filling Technique.
They also started the move more campaign. That means you try to move more than you did the previous week. Which as a matter of fact, I did. I exercised in the pool for 1 hour instead of 30 minutes. It really does help to lose when I exercise.
Yep, that there is me, doing my daily exercises in the pool. I also started the 30 day Fresh Express Salad Swap. Not sure if I will be able to do it every day, but even a few days out the week might help.
I made a Chicken Fajita Salad so far this week. I thought it was pretty good and for only 5 PP, not bad.
So, we will see what next holds in store for us. I’m a little worried about the Cruise in 2 weeks. My first cruise and all I hear about is all the food you get…and me with no willpower.
