Weight Watchers Simple Start Week 10

One step forward, 2 steps back. And into Simple Start Week 10, we had a bad week. I gained 2.4 lbs. bringing the weekly total back down to 17 lbs. It happens and I know exactly what I did to gain it, but you just have to move on. Can’t dwell on it, just get back on the bandwagon and try a little harder next week.

Yes, it’s depressing but what are you going to do? Forget about it and move on and hope for a better week. We went to the Strawberry Festival this week, along with a bunch of other stuff. I have absolutely NO willpower whatsoever. We like to go to the festival to walk around, but we also like to go and eat. It’s just something about fairs and festivals.

It’s things like this that make me fall off the wagon, so to speak. 

 

Simple Start Week 10

 

You see that last one there? The Strawberry crepe filled with custard and topped with whipped cream and fresh strawberries? It’s almost like the Weight Watchers Crepes I made! But it was so good! I think next year we should just stay home.

We did get to see Troy Landry from Swamp People though!
