Weight Watchers Simple Start ~ Week 1
Last week I talked about being on Weight Watchers pretty much my entire life. There has been a lot of changes throughout the years and I was anxious to see if the new Simple Start plan really worked. Over the last couple years I didn’t do to well on the new plans like I had done previously. So I was willing to give it shot…once again.
My regular weigh in day is Thursday, so off I went to see how well I did. And…..drum roll please…..I lost 5 lbs! Woohoo! Now I am on the second week of the Weight Watchers Simple Start plan.
You are allowed to switch between the Simple Start and counting points. I was going to do the entire week on it, but I really wanted the cinnamon bread french toast today. So, today I am counting points. There are so many possibilities and it’s not like even being on a diet because you can everything. Nothing is off limits.
↑ I just had that potato the other day! And you don’t even have to count it!
These are just a few of the lunch foods on the Weight Watchers Simple Start plan. And that is one of things I love about Weight Watchers, that I can have anything and everything if I want to. I just have to decide if it’s worth the points plus for me to have it. Usually it is, because you are allowed 49 points plus per week to splurge. This way you aren’t feeling deprived.
This is what I had for dinner tonight. Gorton’s Baked Tilapia Fillets with broccoli and cheese with a baked potato. Yum!
Come back on Thursday to see how many pounds I lost this week.
