This has been a very busy week so I am trying to get back in the swing of things.  I bought a new cruiser bike to help with my exercising. Because of my Crohn’s disease I have arthritis everywhere especially in my knees so I have to bike ride or swim.  Walking for exercise is not an option.  I haven’t been on a bike in probably 25 years so it was quite a sight.  lol    I rode around today actually quite a few times.  It was the hardest coming up the small hill in our development.  But I had to start somewhere. Tomorrow hopefully I will can start posting my meal plans every day.  This is all new to me and I am learning very slowly.  Hopefully in time it will get much easier.  Thanks for understanding.
