The MMA workout has been regarded by many in the fitness industry as the most intense workout you can get. The results can be seen quickly because it combines strength training and cardio simultaneously. The majority of workouts also focus on nutrition because it enhances the overall weight loss results in a shorter amount of time.
The Tapout XT plan was the first one that stood out to me. With XT standing for extreme training, I knew that I was going to be in for a vigorous workout. Before I spent the money on the plan, however, I wanted to confirm that it was going to be the best MMA workout for me.
RushFit and Insanity were also looked at to see how they compared. Each of them was created by some fitness or MMA guru, so I knew all of them would be good. The program length of each varied, which is where I was worried I would or wouldn’t see the results. RushFit was the shortest length with 8 weeks while Tapout XT had the longest at 90 days.
Tapout XT had fitness training that included a total of 12 workouts. The others provided less than this. Since I didn’t want to get bored with the workouts and I was after a very intense regime, I liked the fact that Tapout had more workouts than the other two. I also liked the fact that I didn’t need any weights to perform the workouts – only resistance bands. The resistance bands were also included in the package.
With both Tapout XT and Insanity, I would not need to get any kind of extra equipment. Either I didn’t need it or it wasn’t required. With RushFit, I would need dumbbells and those weren’t provided to me. Since Tapout and Insanity were both the same cost, it was between those two since they each had everything I needed within the package.
When I began comparing the nutrition plan for the MMA workout, I found all to be very similar. They all had me lowering my calorie intake, consuming a lot of vegetables, lean protein and good carbs. What stood out was the fact that they each had recipes for me so I could do my own cooking. I didn’t want a plan where I had to drink a bunch of bad protein shakes and expensive protein bars.
Tapout XT was overall the better package for me. It came with a large package of goodies for me to use and the workouts were easy to follow.
