Weight Watchers Simple Start Week 2

We are now going into our third week on the Weight Watchers Simple Start plan and although they only recommend that you stay on it for the first two weeks, I am continuing on with it for at least another week. Why? Because it works better for me than counting points plus.

This week I lost 1.6 lbs, for a total of 6.6 lbs. You can follow along with my weekly weight loss totals if you want to, or just come back each week to see how much I have lost.

The choices are endless. These are just some of the Weight Watchers Simple Start choices. Once you sign up for Weight Watchers, you have unlimited access to the website and recipes. Whether you are looking for breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks, you will find it. Nothing is off limits.
