First Time Cruise on the Royal Caribbean – Liberty of the Seas!
A couple days ago, I returned from my first time cruise on the Royal Caribbean – Liberty of the Seas. Now, since it was my first cruise…ever, I was a little nervous. Ok, I was a lot nervous not knowing what to expect, but thanks to my Psi Bands, I was fine. I wasn’t sure if I was going to get seasick, if I was going to have sea legs when I got off the ship and then had to drive home for 4 hours. There was a lot going through my mind. Plus the fact that I was with 39 other bloggers and not my husband.
But, now that’s it’s all said and done, I had the greatest time of my life and there was nothing to worry about. When I arrived, I couldn’t believe the size of the ship! It was huge! It’s the
second third largest ship in the world (shortly before we exited the ship, another ship was put into service that was six inches larger). I parked the car and headed over to meet the rest of the girls.
We waited to get checked in, received our sea pass cards, had our pictures taken and went through customs. Walked up the ramp and we were on the ship.
I thought the ship was big on the outside…you should see it on the inside!
We headed over to grab a bite to eat in the Windjammer Cafe and to wait while our rooms were being prepared for our arrival. Just the food in the Windjammer Cafe, was amazing. I can’t wait to see the rest of the restaurants. The view from the restaurant is amazing and we haven’t even left the port yet!
The food was beyond belief! And this is only from the Windjammer cafe!
We headed across the ship in search of our rooms. It took awhile to get there though, because we were in awe of the amazing stores, restaurants and things to do.
Here is a sneak peak at the Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony!
