I have swapped apple sauce for oil in baking recipes before, but this time I was looking for something different to make and was checking out their apple recipes. I came across their Apple Cinnamon Smoothie. It sounded so good but I didn’t have any vanilla yogurt on hand. I searched my refrigerator and freezer and thought to myself…what goes with apples? Caramel, what else! Lo and behold, I had some caramel swirl frozen yogurt.

Weight Watchers Simple Start Week 11. I lost the weight I put on last week plus a tad more. I missed it by .2 lbs. bringing the weekly total to 19.8! UGH!
One step forward, 2 steps back. And into Weight Watchers Simple Start Week 10, I had a bad week with a gain of 2.4 lbs. bringing the total down to 17 lbs.
Weight Watchers Simple Start week 9 program and so far are headed in the right direction. I lost 1.0 pound bringing the weekly total to 19.4.

Each Weight Watchers crepe is 2 Points Plus and I usually will have 2. They are fairly sweet so you don’t need to add any syrup. As pictured, they are 5 PP.
