Move With Me ~ Teach Kid’s Self Regulation #Review #Sponsor

Move With Me

Kid’s Yoga DVD’s

The kids these days don’t move enough. Did you know that kid’s should move at least 60 minutes per day, everyday?  That is why there is so much obesity in this world.  They don’t play outside like we did we were little.  They sit in the house and play video games, or sit on the computer.  So, they need to get moving.  And the easiest way to do that is to Move With Me DVD’s!  They are made for ages 3 to 7 and were developed by educators with kids.

Kid’s do things by copying others, and pretending, so with the Move With Me DVD’s, that is what they can do, copy the kids and pretend, and do what they do.  They can be a rocket, ride a scooter, sail a ship or even explore the moon.  I received a Move With Me DVD and Flash Cards in order to facilitate my review.  All opinions are my own and may differ from yours.

Scooter and Me is a 9 DVD Series.  The one I received is part of the Heart series.  The Flash Cards teaches the kids to breathe, inhale and exhale to relax and caring for themselves and more.  Sometimes, kid’s need to take support, calm and re direct themselves.  What better way than this?

My daughter in law is a Pre K/Kindergarten Teacher for special ed and she is able to use this at home for my grandson, who is 7 and also at school.  Children can navigate challenges, move through fear and see the good in everyone.  It’s a great help for the children.  And, there is even a Parent/Teacher guide on their website.
