  • 1 tsp light mayo – 1
  • 1 slice light cheese – 1
  • cup of soup – 2
  • Apple – 0

DINNER

DESSERT

  • Weight Watchers Chocolate Cookie Dough Sundae – 4 (or whatever kind of WW dessert you have)

SNACKS

  • Frito Lay Baked Tostitoes – (14 chips) – 3
  • 1/4 cup salsa – 0

NIGHT TIME SNACK

  • 1/2 Cup ice cream – 4  (Some Edy’s slow churned ice cream has only 3 PP, like Caramel Vanilla)
  • 1 tsp. chocolate syrup – 1
  • 1 tsp. fat free whipped topping – 0
