Las Vegas, Nevada ~ Jake Owen and Jason Aldean, Night Train Concert
I must admit, we had one heck of summer and fall! We traveled through our Summer Adventure and right into our Fall Travel plans. It couldn’t have been a better year. Las Vegas, Nevada was just one of the stops out of many.
The stop in Las Vegas was really kind of a last minute addition. We started our Fall Travel Adventure with the Gulf Coast Jam in Panama City Beach, Florida. We had so much fun there, that we decided to add Jason Aldean to the list. We were supposed to see Tim McGraw at the Kansas Star, but he was postponed 3 or 4 times and still haven’t heard anymore on that concert.
The Jason Aldean, Night Train concert was at the MGM Grand! He said it was his first time and he felt honored to be playing there. We stayed at the Rio and once we found our way there, everything was good.
The crowd was large but it was very orderly. I was impressed. Also playing with Jason Aldean was Thomas Rhett (who we missed but not by choice) and Jake Owen. He was really good too. We had really good seats and had a lot of fun. I love country music and they are both at the top of my list.
I think this was one of the best parts of our trip. I’m glad the music is loud and no one can hear me singing along.
Jake Owen sings the songs: Days of Gold, Anywhere with You, Barefoot Blue Jean Night and 8 Second Ride just to name a few. They were awesome!
I was a little sad that we missed Thomas Rhett because he sings some pretty good songs too. And on to the star performer…Jason Aldean! I love it when they sing and it sounds just like the cd. It makes it so much easier to sing along.
And in case you don’t know who Jason Aldean is, he sings the songs including: Night Train, Dirt Road Anthem, When She Says Baby and Green Tractor plus so many more!
One of things that was amazing was the lighters! I remember when I was younger (I know I am showing my age), everyone would light their lighters to get the show to go on. Well nowadays, instead of lighters, everyone lights up their iPhones! I thought it was pretty amazing.
What more can I say other than it was a great concert and would definitely go and see him again!
Have you ever seen any concerts that you really loved?
