Well, I think that the time has come for me to get back on my Weight Watchers Program. I was off for a couple weeks while my 92 year old mom came down to stay with us. I will be posting the Weekly Shopping List at the beginning of the week and then will post my daily menu. My total daily Weight Watchers Points Plus is at 37 right now. My daily menu will range from 30-33. I will post extra items that you can choose from if you need more Points. My weaknesses are chocolate and anything sweet. I also have a point free vegetable soup that you can make when you need something to fill you up in between meals. I throw everything in the Crock Pot and after it cools down I divide into single serve containers and freeze it. This way I can always grab one and throw it into the microwave if need be. Since i have Crohn’s, cabbage is not my best friend, but if I eat only a little at at time it doesn’t hurt so much. Use part of the cabbage for St. Patricks Day dinner and throw some in the Weight Watchers Vegetable soup. Also if there is any left over I chop it up and throw it in a freezer bag and pop it in the freezer. I hate waste!!! Any questions or comments are greatly appreciated since I am new to blogging.
