Face to Face Games ~ Dinner Party Edition!
I don’t think there is enough communication between people these days. Everyone is either on their cell phone, on the internet, checking their emails, playing games, etc. Face to Face Games is a way to change that. The Dinner Party Edition is for married couples, couples thinking about marriage or adults in general looking to break the ice at parties or small gatherings.
When I was younger, we would always play games, whether it was a card game, twister, a board game or something of the sort when we would have gatherings at our house. You could count on it. But times have changed and everything is all about being online these days. In other words, it is a ‘what would you do if….?’
The questions on the cards pertain to spouse, life, work and parent. For instance: What would YOU do if…..It’s the night before your anniversary and you are pretty sure that your husband has no clue that’s it’s your anniversary?
About Face to Face Dinner Party Edition:
Face to Face® is an award winning conversation game designed to open a door to more effective communication around real-life issues and encourage decision making based on principles like honesty, loyalty, and commitment. The game strengthens the critical life skill of effective “Face to Face” communication that is being rapidly replaced by today’s “online chatter.” The Dinner Party Edition was designed specifically to support improved communication among adult couples as poor communication is often cited as a reason for relationship struggles. The game encourages discussion on real-life issues in marriage, raising children, and challenges in the workplace. The Dinner Party Edition is ideal for married couples, couples contemplating marriage, and as an ice-breaker for adults in small groups and parties.
Great Time to Play:
With mom just coming home after being in rehab for the past 2 months, and us coming in Florida to take care of her, everyone is wanting to coming over. So, rather than just sit around looking at the four walls, I pulled out the new game and said ‘lets play!’ Everyone kind of just looked at me, but said ok. It turned out to be a great time. We laughed, we cried (because we were laughing so hard) and can’t wait to play it again.
No matter what age you are, Face to Face is fun for everyone!
