Crumb Topped Haddock!
Sometimes you just need a change from burgers or chicken. I do that with the Crumb Topped Haddock and still stick to my weight loss plan. I’m sure after the first time you try it, you’ll say “ooh, it’s so good!”
Crumb Topped Haddock Ingredients:
- 2 pounds haddock or cod fillets
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of shrimp soup, undiluted
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup crushed butter-flavored crackers (about 25 crackers)
Directions
- Arrange fillets in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish.
- Combine the soup, onion and Worcestershire sauce; pour over fish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
- Bake 15 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Yield: 6 servings.
